Some vegetarian breakfast recipes to get the day started. While many good breakfasts are naturally vegetarian, I wanted to share some of my favourite options.
Muesli is my number one choice for a healthy vegetarian breakfast. Mixing your own is so much better in terms of taste and health. Here's a really nice recipe.

Instead of the traditional oats, try a healthy quinoa breakfast porridge as a tasty alternative. Use quinoa flakes or regular quinoa.
