Some vegetarian breakfast recipes to get the day started. While many good breakfasts are naturally vegetarian, I wanted to share some of my favourite options.


Power Muesli

Muesli is my number one choice for a healthy vegetarian breakfast. Mixing your own is so much better in terms of taste and health. Here's a really nice recipe.

Crunchy oats, pecans, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, juicy dates and apricots. Apple concentrate and maple syrup for good sweetness.

How To Make A Smoothie

With smoothies, there are probably a limitless number of combinations you can try. I've included a few specific recipes below but if you feel like getting creative, I've laid out a basic recipe with tips and ratios to use. The rest is up to you.
