Quick and Easy Italian Pasta
16 oz. box of spaghetti
1 tbsp each of parsley, oregano and basil
Note: I used dried but feel free to use fresh; the fresher the better
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove garlic diced
salt and pepper to taste
Boil pasta as you normally would to your desired doneness.
in a separate saucepan over low heat, saute' olive oil and garlic for about 5 mins; stirring occasionally. Add parsley, oregano, basil, salt and pepper to saucepan. Saute' for about another 1-2 mins and after pasta is cooked and strained; add the saute mixture into the pasta.
