I made this up myself :-)
3 bags of Dole Baby Spinach
1/2 an onion sliced
1/4 of a green pepper diced
1 pint of Baby Portabella mushrooms sliced in half
3 tablespoons of butter
hot sauce to taste
Heat butter over low heat. Add mushrooms and saute on medium low heat. Add salt and pepper. Add green peppers and onions. Add hot sauce. Saute for about 15 mins on medium low heat.
Add 1 bag of spinach after it cooks down add the next back etc. Saute for another 10 mins.
