This is not your typical internet collection of recipes. All of these recipes come straight from my kitchen. I've made every single one in twenty years of vegetarianism starting in my vegetarian teens then later with my husband through farmers' markets, vegetarian cooking class and finally - and I think, most importantly - in cooking for a balanced vegetarian diet for my family.
