Welcome to everyday vegetarian recipes. I hope I can inspire you!
Whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, an advocate of Meatfree Monday or you are just looking for a few alternative ideas for dinner, you should find something here.

Right now my cooking involves a budget, not enough time, fussy eating, predictable anxiety about trying to balance the kids' diet and two small girls who are usually more interested in stealing crackers from the cupboard at my feet while I optimistically bake tofu, steam quinoa or simmer lentil soup.
